Title IX: Ensuring Gender EquityThe Springfield College Interim Sexual and Gender-based Misconduct Policy details the College’s procedures and practices in ensuring that students and employees are protected against unlawful acts of sexual violence, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and other forms of gender-based discrimination. Springfield College, in compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”), prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex against students and employees.
