There is a known issue with the Zotero Google Chrome Connector extension. You will not be able to install the connector on Chrome if you are logged into your Springfield College account. Here is a work-around to enable the extension for use with your SC account.
- In your Chrome browser, click the circle icon/portrait photo in the upper-right corner: n
- Click Sign Out. You will be logged out of all SC applications, including Gmail.
- Install the Zotero Connector extension while logged out.
- Right-click on the red Zotero button OR the puzzle piece icon if you have a lot of extensions. Then, click the Pin icon so it doesn't get lost:
- The extension will be retained in Chrome after logging back into Gmail or another SSO-enabled application.
