15th Annual Undergraduate Scholars in Action Day Program

Scholars in Action Day is designed to showcase undergraduate scholarship at Springfield College. The event is an opportunity for students to share their research, scholarship, and creative activities with the College community.

We encourage faculty members to incorporate Scholars in Action Day into your class. Even if your students are not required to present, viewing their classmates' work is a great way to demonstrate what professional activities look like following graduation.

• Abstract Writing Workshops: If your students will be required to participate, consider devoting class time to an Abstract Writing Workshop.
• Poster Workshop Training: Sign up for a training session on poster design principles.
• Scavenger Hunt: Have your students participate in the SiA Day Scavenger Hunt for extra credit.
• Holocaust Committee Award: Recommend your students apply for the Holocaust Committee Award if their projects qualify.
